I have been raising and occasionally showing my Poms for almost 30
years now, and for the last 16 years we've been living on a small
acreage west of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Along with the poms, there is
Ruby, my rottie cross, a couple of Arabian mares still
roaming the pasture, my parrot is still entertaining at age 30+ and the cats are
doing what they do best, sleeping and catching mice.
My Pomeranians carry Great Elms and Bev-nor lines, as well as some
Millamor and Emcee. A new addition is Star Haven Blazin Invincible, I am
looking forward to seeing how he crosses with my girls. I strive to breed for soundness, type
and temperament in my poms, and free-whelping girls. No matter what a
breeder does, Mother Nature tends to throw obstacles in our path as we
strive for that perfect Pomeranian. Breeders definitely need a lot of patience and perseverance!
And of course the help and friendship of other breeders!
Not to be forgotten though are those wonderful people who give our
babies their forever homes filled with love.
I'd like to thank you all!
